Magnetocaloric effect in multilayers studied by membrane-based calorimetry

Kulyk et Al have published an article in which they studied “magnetic multilayers, incorporating dilute ferromagnetic spacers between strongly ferromagnetic layers exhibiting a proximity-enhanced magnetocaloric effect”.

Silson’s 100nm thick SiN membrane (1.5mm x 1.5mm) was used for the sensor fabrication.
