Three-dimensional Resonant Magnetization Dynamics Unraveled by Time-Resolved Soft X-ray Laminography

In a study by Finizio et Al which uses soft X-ray magnetic laminography to resolve magneto-dynamical processes in all three spatial dimensions and in time. The abstract reads: “this new technique provides much needed capabilities for the experimental investigation of the magnetization dynamics of three-dimensional magnetic systems”.

For the sample fabrication, squares were patterned onto one of Silson’s standard size silicon nitride membranes by electron beam lithography.
