The full range of Silson membranes can be supplied mounted onto metal holders, whether simply for additional support, or to enable use as vacuum windows.
Silson offers a range of standard mounts for this purpose and windows can also be installed into customer supplied flanges as a service.
As the Silson range of membranes are very thin, they do occasionally break and in this case we are able to repair the window by removal of the existing broken membrane and replacement with a new equivalent.
Silson can also manufacture holders to customer requirements and supply complete custom windows, these may also be returned for repair when required.
