Statement Re RoHS Directive 2O11/65/EU

The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Regulations 2012 (as amended) act limits the use of certai elements and chemicals in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE).
Silson does not manufacture EEE and hence products do not fall within the scope of the legislation.

Silson further attests that it does not use any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in any manufacturing process. Statements from our material suppliers state that products supplied to Silson Limited do not
exceed the allowed levels of these substances; therefore the materials are compliant with the EU RoHS Directive 2O11/65/EU.
