Extending synchrotron SAXS instrument ranges through addition of a portable, inexpensive USAXS module with vertical rotation axes

The Journal of Synchrotron Radiation have published an article by Pauw et Al about the enhancement of synchrotron beamlines by Ultra-SAXS. A 100mn-period Si3N4 grating by Silson was used to collect the X-ray data using the I22 Beamline at Diamond Light Source. Click here to read more about this research.
