Zone Plates and other Lithographic Products

Silson are also able to offer a wide range of lithographic products such as zone plates, gratings and test specimens. Line widths down to 50 nm are possible in materials such as gold, tungsten, germanium and many others. Low stress silicon nitride is also highly suitable to machining with focused ion beam.
